Our Wallpaper samples are sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class for £1.95, if your order is received before 2pm we will endeavour to dispatch the same day. Average delivery time for samples is 3-5 working days.

For Wallpaper Rolls and other products such as Rugs and Mats - we currently only ship to UK addresses on a standard service for £5.99. Orders over £75 qualify for free standard delivery (3-5 working days)

Returns

Return Conditions

Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened in it’s original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Any items that have been opened, used, or altered in any way will not be accepted.
Return Timeframe: You have 14 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return. After 14 days, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Restocking Fee: All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. This fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Beautiful print shame about quality of paper

The colours and print on this wallpaper is amazing and its very vibrant, however the quality of the paper is unfortunately unfit for purpose. It is a paste the wall for a reason, if it was paste the paper it couldn't stand up to it! You have to be quick to get the wallpaper on and ensure you dont touch the print as it will mark it and the colour will come off. Very dissapointed and extremely difficult to put up even for the most experienced professionals.
