Rotate the mat every 3 months to avoid uneven fading. Avoid exposure to direct sunlight and water as it will fade the colour of the mat. Vacuum often using a low-powered vacuum cleaner, preferably one without a beater brush. Blot liquid spills immediately. Spot clean as needed with a damp white cloth only. Avoid excess water and cleaning products as they could damage or fade the mat. For larger deep stains send the mat to a professional service with experience cleaning natural fibres. To preserve the life of the mat we recommend using a mat pad. Keep away from fire. |

Our Wallpaper samples are sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class for £1.95, if your order is received before 2pm we will endeavour to dispatch the same day. Average delivery time for samples is 3-5 working days.
For Wallpaper Rolls and other products such as Rugs and Mats - we currently only ship to UK addresses on a standard service for £5.99. Orders over £75 qualify for free standard delivery (3-5 working days)

Return Conditions
- Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened in it’s original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Any items that have been opened, used, or altered in any way will not be accepted.
- Return Timeframe: You have 14 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return. After 14 days, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
- Restocking Fee: All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. This fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
