Care Instructions	Reverse roll your rug to help it lay flat and reduce creases in the product. Shake or beat the rug to remove trapped dirt and vacuum regularly. Cut any loose fibres carefully with scissors, don't pull them. In case of liquid spills, blot immediately with sponge or damp cloth. Rotate every 3 months to avoid uneven fading and wear. Lift the rug regularly to allow the floor to be cleaned and aired. Do not re-lay the rug on a wet or damp surface.

Our Wallpaper samples are sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class for £1.95, if your order is received before 2pm we will endeavour to dispatch the same day. Average delivery time for samples is 3-5 working days.

For Wallpaper Rolls and other products such as Rugs and Mats - we currently only ship to UK addresses on a standard service for £5.99. Orders over £75 qualify for free standard delivery (3-5 working days)

Returns

Return Conditions

Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened in it’s original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Any items that have been opened, used, or altered in any way will not be accepted.
Return Timeframe: You have 14 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return. After 14 days, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Restocking Fee: All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. This fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
