Delivery

Our Wallpaper samples are sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class for £1.95, if your order is received before 2pm we will endeavour to dispatch the same day. Average delivery time for samples is 3-5 working days.

For Wallpaper Rolls and other products such as Rugs and Mats - we currently only ship to UK addresses on a standard service for £5.99. Orders over £75 qualify for free standard delivery (3-5 working days)

Returns

Return Conditions

Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened in it’s original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Any items that have been opened, used, or altered in any way will not be accepted.
Return Timeframe: You have 14 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return. After 14 days, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Restocking Fee: All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. This fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Product reviews

Rubbish!!

Avoid this paper at all costs! Bought 10 rolls from B&Q all the same batch number. Some rolls don't match and the paper doesn't want to stick to the wall either. I hired professionals with 25 and 29-year experience each to put it up in my stairwell and hall and the paste just would not adhere to the paper and would barely stick the paper to the wall! As they were putting it up the paste would stick on the wall and the paper was just falling down practically dry! It just would not absorb the paste! They said they'd never seen anything like it. The next morning 1 sheet was half way hanging off and 4 days on more sheets are lifting along the edges as it continues to dry out and lift up!
Worst paper I've ever had and I could easily just get it at the bottom and rip it all off in sheets with minor effort! I used Solvite extra Strong paste which is alleged to be able to stick a man on a wall! Yet it won't stick this paper! This was the paste that was recommended by B&Q but now I'm having to stick it back down with PVA glue! Every day more of it is lifting and if I could afford to get it ripped off, I would, but it's cost me hundreds already and now I'm stuck with it!
So please avoid!
